Located in the heart of the charming pilgrimage town of Telgte, just outside Münster, designdental combines traditional craftsmanship with state-of-the-art dental technology. In our owner-managed dental laboratory, we create bespoke solutions with precision, passion and a keen eye for aesthetics.

We support dental technicians in digitising traditionally taken impressions and processing data from intraoral scanners. Our trained staff will assist you in producing your dental prostheses using our milling machines and printers.

We supply the raw component and your technician finishes it off. Via our upload portal, you can send us your digital impressions, photos and all relevant data. Thanks to unlimited storage, you can track, edit and re-submit orders via the portal even years later. Of course, you can also request quotes or arrange collections.

In our milling centre, we process data from both intraoral scanners and conventionally taken impressions. Various licences and software solutions provided by manufacturers make it possible to convert data from closed systems so that it can be read by milling centres.

As current technology does not allow every situation to be scanned intraorally, we offer to scan the impression or model for you. We are happy to send the scan data back to you so that you can continue with the design, or we can process it for you.

Secondary and tertiary structures

Large-span structures spanning from one end to the other are commonplace and must be manufactured quickly and cost-effectively. In such cases, a perfect fit is usually the key factor; the surface finish is of secondary importance, though it is advantageous if it has already been roughened for veneering. The laser melting or laser sintering process is well-suited to this purpose.

This way, you’ll be able to refer back to it even years later. You can track when you placed an order with us at any time. This helps you maintain a better overview in your lab.

On this portal, we have provided you with fit parameters, material specifications, price lists, and all other important documents.

Logistics / Shipping

We’ll arrange for your models to be picked up—just give us a call or use our upload portal. Pickup and delivery are handled by our partners GO! and UPS, or by our friendly driver.

If model or STL data is received at our milling center by 3:00 p.m., shipment can be made as early as the next business day (Mon.–Fri.) starting at 8:00 a.m., depending on the selected shipping option.
